The star has been working on a project and since there are some very strict security measures in place on TV and movie sets, she couldn’t see Ariana and Dalton taking their vows!
As a guest on the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the actress said: “I couldn’t get off work to go to her wedding because we had about 7 days off to fly. So not only could I not tell anyone, but I couldn’t even ask for a day off and I couldn’t get the day. So… I would have been there!’
Under normal circumstances she would never have missed the wedding no matter what happened, Elizabeth explained that after all these years they are still very close!
In 2015, she told PEOPLE that Ariana is “like blood to me, she’s like my sister. So unless we have a massive fight, nothing will happen there.”
It’s great to hear that there hasn’t been such a fight between the two stars in recent years.
While it’s a shame Elizabeth couldn’t be at her boyfriend’s wedding, it’s a relief that at least it wasn’t because of bad blood!
