During a new interview, Justin Bieber opened up about his relationship with his model wife, Hailey Baldwin , admitting that their very first year of marriage was rather “tough.” That said, the singer explained how at the time they ‘left their lack of confidence’ and made it work.
Justin told GQ that he always felt ‘forced’ to tie the knot.

He explained that he felt it was his “calling” to “get married and have babies.”
While Justin and Hailey are not yet to become parents, they have been married since 2019 and everything seems to be going harmoniously, but that wasn’t always the case.
He recalled, “The first year of marriage was very difficult because there was a lot back to trauma. There was a lack of confidence. There were all these things that you don’t want to admit to the person you’re with because it’s scary. You don’t want to scare them by saying, “I’m scared.”

As a result, Justin spent the first year of his marriage feeling like he was walking “ on eggshells. ”
Fortunately, it sounds like that has changed in the meantime.
“We just create these moments for us as a couple, as a family, that we build these memories. And it is great that we have that to look forward to. I didn’t have that to look forward to in my life before. My family life was unstable. My family life did not exist. I had no other partner. I didn’t have anyone to love. I didn’t have anyone to pour in. But now I have that. ‘
Hailey has also spoken of their ups and downs before, telling Vogue in 2019 that ‘marriage is very difficult’.
Much of the reason, she said, was public scrutiny of their relationship.
However, these days it really does seem like they are fully committed to each other and beating all odds.
