While on Jimmy Kimmel Live recently, the star told the host he planned to ‘go to Denny’s’ and get his calories from there!
He went on to explain, ‘After we do all the boxing scenes, I get to add as much weight as possible over the course of the movie, so I challenge myself to put on thirty pounds over the next six weeks. They want me to do this as healthy as possible and I’m like, ‘Dude, I’ve been on a regimen like that for so long, I just want to eat whatever is in sight. I want to go to bakeries, to Denny’s. I want to get pancakes … to get everything I can get my hands on. ‘
But that is not everything! He actually wants his very first weight gain meal to be from another fast food chain – KFC!

“(I’ll hopefully start) with a twenty chicken nugget and twenty Kentucky Fried Chicken hot wings with a six pack of beer. Why don’t you start with a bang? I might need a porta jar too, but you know what, I’m ready to go, ”he said excitedly.
The actor is clearly looking forward to his experience and who can blame him?
But given that he’s so known for being fit, the transformation is sure to look pretty drastic.
Mark normally makes headlines every time he is spotted by the cameras without a shirt on.
At the age of 49, he always impresses with his muscles and slim body.
