The judge argued that he was transferred to the general population at the time and that his situation posed no risk to his health as he does not have a condition that “ would put him at increased risk of serious illness as a result of COVID-19 . nor that he is suffering from any particular medical condition. ‘
On the matter, you may recall that Giannulli and Loughlin were part of a group of no less than 50 people who were caught illegally getting their children to college.
