Olivia Jade took advantage of her TikTok account to reveal her feelings after her mother’s admission scandal. As you know, both the influencer and her actress mom, Lori Loughlin, are hugely shamed for the illegal way she went to college.
And while that is now largely behind them, as Lori has already served her prison sentence and Olivia is returning to focus on her social media career, there is still a lot to say.

So an insider told HollywoodLife that the mother couldn’t be more proud of her daughter for boldly opening up about her experience involved in this scandal.
Lori is so proud of Olivia that she continues to speak out. She’s so proud of how Olivia handled the whole thing and she looks up to her in a sense because the time comes when she does [speak out] herself. ‘
The same insider went on to say that Lori is just waiting for her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, to also serve his 5-month sentence before actually talking publicly about the scandal.

That said, the man is expected to be released from prison on April 17.

Obviously, the whole thing impacted Olivia Jade a lot and she spoke about it on Red Table Talk before.
But recently, she was candid on her TikTok, sharing a new video reflecting on some advice she’d gotten from a truly “ inspirational woman, ” her mom.
‘We were talking about being in public and being publicly embarrassed, and I was like,’ Well, my situation doesn’t even compare, I’m not even going to compare it to yours, ‘and she looked at me and said , “Olivia, it doesn’t matter if I’m drowning in 60 feet of water, and you’re drowning in 30, we’re both still drowning.” ‘
