The actor opened up about his first-ever crush during a new interview for W magazine. As it turns out, as in the case of many other young teens out there, it was Emma Watson as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire!
Tom Holland still remembers his very first movie crush and gushed all over her as he talked about that iconic Christmas ball scene.

“Emma Watson in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. She is wearing this pink dress. That was amazing to me, “he told the news outlet.
The film came out in 2005, meaning Emma was only 15 years old.
Holland chatted with W for their annual ‘Best Performances’ song and, apart from his initial crush, discussed his acting career and how it has developed over the years.

He recalled that “When I was 8 or 9, I auditioned for every role in Romeo and Juliet, including Juliet, and I didn’t get any roles. When I was about 11, I booked Billy Elliot; it was the first job i ever booked. I couldn’t dance, but trainers came to school and taught me to dance during lunch. I went to rugby school, so doing ballet in tights in the school gym wasn’t the coolest thing to do, but it paid off. ‘
Then the actor moved on to his experience of filming his first ever movie – The Impossible.
Fortunately, it turned out to be “great,” and he even got the chance to work with Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts.
According to Tom, it was the first time he realized that he could definitely become an actor and that as a career for the rest of his life.
