Fallon addressed rumors that Tobey Maguire, who played Spider-Man in Sam Raimi’s trilogy, and Andrew Garfield, who led the reboot of The Amazing Spider-Man, will appear in the film. When asked to confirm or deny the rumors, Holland said the following.
“It would be great if they were because they were [Marvel] haven’t told me that yet, and I’m Spider-Man and I’ve read the script from start to finish. So it would be a wonder if they could have kept that for me, but at the moment there’s no cameo from the two guys. “
